PRATICA FIT EXPRESS HI-SPEED M1 OVEN - SINGLE MAGNETRON, 13 AMP. The Fit Express Hi-Speed oven is designed to cook fresh, chilled or frozen food, with excellent results for appearance, taste and texture. The Fit Express ovens cook up to 10 times faster than traditional cooking methods. The M1 is ideal for toasting sandwiches or paninis, cooking portions of fresh or frozen food. The inbuilt catalytic converter in the oven chamber means that no extraction hood is normally required. The M1 uses impinged air to brown the outside, together with microwave technology to cook the food faster. This is done with the chamber cooking temperature set at 270°C .
