PRATICA FIT EXPRESS M2 HI SPEED OVEN - TWIN MAGNETRON. The Fit Express Hi-Speed oven is designed to cook fresh, chilled or frozen food, with excellent results for appearance, taste and texture. The Fit Express ovens cook up to 10 times faster than traditional cooking methods. The M2 is ideal for toasting sandwiches or paninis, cooking portions of fresh or frozen food. The inbuilt catalytic converter in the oven chamber means that an extraction hood is not normally required. The M2 uses impinged air to brown the outside, together with microwave technology to cook the food faster. This is done with the chamber cooking temperature set at 270°C .
